Self-Esteem

Very often, we hear people saying they have no confidence in themselves due to low self-esteem and always, they feel useless for not able to aid the people they love when help is needed most. Seriously, how often do we come up with solutions regarding the problems of others’? As we all know, the only way to help people is them helping us to help them in return. Indeed, motivation and support are needed for one to stay strong and overcome the obstacles; however, if that particular person not willing to open up, to face the truth and to pull himself out from the mess, all the helping hands mean nothing, nothing at all. When we feel awful for only able to be by their sides during the worst and nothing else we can do in order to help them, think again, that’s the best we can do and certainly the best comfort which can be brought into a person’s life. Why feel bad when we have already tried and gave our best? Why feel useless when we help the people around just by staying with them? An aid comes in any form, be it spiritually, physically and materialistically. So why complain? Never ever use the name of low self-esteem when we are the ones who not satisfied with the help given because it is unfair; to the phrase, to the people we love and to us.
