First Farewell

This is what usually happens in a course or whatsoever similar. When the first day coming to an end, where not everyone knows each other, the crowd would be gone in a blink of an eye whereas they will gather around and have some conversations, not leaving for at least half an hour when the event has finally ended. More questions, more noises, more communications, often found during the last day, for they know each other better after spending some time together, for they do not know when they might be able to meet again, for they treasure the moments before parting. Photographs taken, contact numbers dropped down, accompany by laughter and promises to see each other again before it finally ends. Why it happens only when they putting down the curtains? Well, it takes time to complete any task, any reaction. It can be short, within seconds or minutes, or a longer time period, up to hours, days or even years. In chemistry, the slowest reaction out of many in producing one product would be the determining factor in rate. Similarly, the rate of a particular friendship is the time taken to know a person, to speak to a person and to bring the distance between two closer, while on the other hand, the time is the period of time where one first met this particular person and first saying 'goodbye'. The seed of friendship is planted when two started talking, and it grows as they start teasing each other, and continue growing as they keep in touch after the first farewell.
