Listening to the complaints regarding trainees being used in certain occasions, saying how much skillful manpower is needed instead of those who are in training; one did not agree much on that particular statement, for no one is born to be skillful, not after some practices being done, as talent alone does not win hard work. We have been through trial and error before we master one particular skill and similarly, one does not become professional over night. If it is to say that trainees are more likely to make mistakes compared to those who have more experiences, what about those who started the war between countries? What about those who simply box up the computer, and the next day there is this young man’s picture printed on the front page, titled “Boy committed suicide, protest the idea of not playing games”? There are the minor mistakes which bring the friendship between two to an end and also the serious cases where lives have been sacrificed simply after a button or so. Aren’t those counted as mistakes, defined as one too? We might sometimes beg for forgiveness, a second chance, but how often do we actually give the others? Trainees, as defined, are still on training, before they are to step into each profession. Time is needed in order to give birth to a child, to produce a great leader, to achieve what is necessary, so why can’t we give the trainees some time, for them to learn, to obtain and to achieve the skills needed in the days to come? Do remember the days before you are in that current position of yours when you are about to criticize the others.
