Complication ↔ Simplification

"Mother, how did i come to this world?" a child asked. "Your dad gave me a seed, I swallowed it and I have you," the mother replied. Such simple answer, with no futher questions. However, it has an expiry date. Sooner or later, the child will start schooling, where he widens up his knowledge and learns the lie his mother once told. Inevitable circumstances, really. In order to have a better life, complication is needed. We study everything around us in details to learn more, which holds the key to a better life for man kind. On the other hand, simplification is favoured for an easy life. A total different element from the 'better' one. Some people try to simplify the things they do, and so they may have a smooth and easy life. Like the former example given, the mother did not tell the child how he came to this world. She probaby didn't want to complicate things for the little boy, as he is still young to understand life. However, we may have both better and easy life, as long as we know when to use complication, when to simplify.
