Worse to Show More

We tend to show our capability and strength by sharing a certain experience and story which has taken place. Certainly, there are those who do so in order to gain trust and sometimes sympathy, especially when it comes to a new friend found or the people who might be beneficial in the days to come. We may be exaggerating the story of ours, we could be telling only the parts which would do us good and we might even be creating nonsense which we know it has never happened just to take a person down due to jealousy, thus having the spotlight to ourselves and enjoy the moments when we’re at the highest ground. However, there are times where we fail to hold ourselves back and go overboard, revealing part of our cards, our true identity and intention in the particular cases, hence, not able to obtain the expected result. With the third party who is observant enough to notice our cards revealed, a barrier would be formed and time is all they need to the day we are crushed and fall.
